Actaully for breastfeeding baby have a tendency not to go poop everyday,in the other hands some poop like a poop mechine.
To me if she doesn't seem fussy ,fever or cranky just let it goes.
B/C Breast milk very easy to digest also absorb. So if today she still not goes. Better talk to her pediatric,but never use any type of Fleet for baby.
